M-SCAN

The M-Scan 10 system scans planks moving on a conveyor with two support points and separate compartments for the plank. The applied digital image analysis technologies supported by neural networks make it possible to detect defects on the scanned lamella, measure it and decide which class to classify it. The head design includes industrial cameras, line lasers, LED illuminators and a PLC controller.
